Refund policy

At DUTYTEK, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused and in the same packaging as it was received. Please ensure that all original tags and labels are attached to the product.

To initiate a return, please email us at david@dutytek.com.au and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the product is approved for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at david@dutytek.com.au We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet our return criteria or if it has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
