Shipping policy

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping and express shipping. The shipping method you choose will determine the delivery time and cost. 

Shipping Rates: Free Standard shipping, and $8.00 for express. 

Processing Time: We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries outside of Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. However, if your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at david@dutytek.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us at david@dutytek.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
