The Door Open Chime Eliminator OBD Programmer changes the supported warning configuration in a compatible Ford Ranger Super Duty to disable or reduce the applicable door-open chime.
Connect it to the OBD-II port, allow programming to complete, then remove it. No laptop, FORScan, subscription or coding experience is required.

The exact situations in which the chime is removed can vary with vehicle software and configuration. Other safety warnings and unrelated vehicle chimes are not necessarily affected.
How to use it
- Switch the ignition ON without starting the engine.
- Connect the programmer firmly to the OBD-II port.
- Leave it connected while the green LED flashes.
- Wait until the LED becomes solid green.
- Remove the programmer.
Do not interrupt programming or disconnect the vehicle battery.
Protected and reversible programming
The programmer records the relevant original configuration before changing it. The same paired programmer can later restore the chime configuration recorded during first use.
Compatibility and Vehicle lock
Compatible with supported Australian-market Ford Ranger Super Duty vehicles, subject to module software and existing configuration.
The programmer permanently pairs with the first compatible vehicle connected to it. It cannot be transferred or returned for change of mind after connection.
